  A friend and I were hiking the western end of the Ouachita Trail in spring 2016 and stopped in to eat. Always wanting rib eye steak after hiking for a week for some reason.
  
  When I observed the prices on the menu, I was shocked and thought I might have to call in loans. But the rib eye that was delivered to my table was the best rib eye steak I had ever put in my mouth. When I asked about the chef (Sam, co-owner), to my dismay, I found out he was a Yank originally from Boston, if I am not mistaken. I asked to speak with him anyway, so I could express what an excellent eating experience I had. Tami walked me to the kitchen and I found Sam extremely pleasant and kept a very clean kitchen. Everything in there looked new.
  
  Great owners, great staff, and great food when I went through. Would recommend highly if you can digest the prices. If I make it back over that way, I plan to stop in again. I still dream about that rib eye and slap myself every time I cook one and can not reproduce the steak Sam delivered.

  Fillet mignon is excellent. The pork chop was almost more than a person can eat and tasted great. We enjoy our meal immensely.
